The African American Chamber is now accepting applications from contractors interested in separating themselves from the rest of the crowd. We've known for years the number of great craftsmen and women that exist in our community. They are committed to excellence in every way; however, like in every group - there are those who cut corners, who value short term profit over long term relationships. These are the contractors that make it difficult for those who excel at customer service and provide excellence service. This is why we created the Certified Professional Service Provider (TM) Program.
Why become a Certified Professional Grade Contractor?
1. Join a group of contractors dedicated to uplifting the image of the trade.
2. Associate with businesses committed to excellence in presentation, trade and reputation.
3. Become known as customer friendly business, trustworthy and supportive of your community.
4. Be lifted up in special promotional advertisements.
5. Obtain authorization to display the program logo on your promotional matierials.
6. Obtain referrals from community and business partners.
Not all contractors will be accepted into this progam. If you apply and are not accepted, we will share with you the elements of your business that resulted in denial. We will work with you, as much as reasonibly possible, to help improve your firm to reach our standards. As a Chamber, our goal is to lift all members to reach this level.
